The customer came to ITG with a unique idea: building a job site that has a charity element as its primary value in addition to serving as an interface between companies and job searchers. The customer, seeing the novelty of this idea, set out to create a custom employment site with a focus on security, scalability, and SEO friendliness to effectively manage high visitor volumes. The main goals of the project were to develop a platform that harmonizes the domains of work and charity causes, offering a safe and scalable solution, and maximizing visibility via SEO. ITG took on the challenge and started working on the project to create this cutting-edge, socially responsible job platform.

Our client desired a user-friendly employment platform where candidates could quickly find open positions and conveniently submit their applications. Companies were required to have a simplified procedure for posting numerous job openings at the same time, along with extra user-friendly elements.
